The Screen Titan Ultra
and Screen Titan Mini series of three way split portable screenplants is being brought to you by KCD Equipment in order to offer
construction industry professionals an efficient, tough and cost effective sitework material screening solution. The
innovative, three way split design of the Screen Titan makes fast, easy work of topsoil, sand & gravel, crushed stone,
recycled asphalt pavement, compost, mulch, street sweepings, recycleable materials and concrete breakout. Industry leading
Honda gas engines power both models. The Mini runs strong and sips fuel on a 13HP single cylinder, while the Ultra boasts
a 20HP V-Twin. The simple, V-belt drive system offers extremely low maintenance, low operating costs and easy to obtain
off the shelf replacement parts nationwide. The Screen Titan Ultra can be mobilized with a one-ton truck and the Mini
by a half ton. Throughput ranges will depend on many factors including material type, moisture content, loader/backhoe
operator skill level and screen types. Typical production rates are from 50 Cubic Yards/Hr for the Mini to 150 Cubic
Yards an hour for the Ultra. That means that on any given 8 hour day, you could produce anywhere from 20 to 60 semi-loads
of revenue generating material. Assuming at least a $5/Yd Value for your finished end-product, that translates into a revenue
